  10 Ways To Reset Your Mind Last few month was full of ups and downs for me. To give you an idea of what I mean, when it was month of dad’s anniversary  I struggled with the sadness of his death as he mattered to me. A month or two later, In the midst of everything (covid), I traveled to wellington NZ to spend quality time with family I haven’t seen them past two Years due to Ovid-19 and loved every minute of it.  Now I’m left without a sense of routine. My mind is in a weird place, and I haven’t felt  productive in the slightest. I’ve spent mornings not wanting to get out of bed, and I’ve stayed up late worrying about everything from tiny details to the bigger “what am I doing with my life?” Or “what will I do if mum passed away?” questions. Being your best self  Being your best self is not easy because no one is perfect. I have epilepsy and I live with this health condition everyday however, it doesn’t stop me living my life the best I can. Being my best self can be a challenge but that’s normal. Write down a few things that pull you out of a shit hole. Anti self is to recognise them. So, how do we do that? Write down traits you think you are take a look and does your anti self behave in a certain way? This will help you love who you are. Write 5 situations in detail. Now, ask yourself how can you take better control of the situation. We are not perfect so be kind to yourself more each day if you can.  Exercises: Self affirmations  Look I the mirror or your phone.
