How to get out of a rut & get your shit together!

indoor plants to keep me productive a walk helps the mental mindset and endorphins! Nothing like baking!  Feel like you're in a rut? No worries! We can fix that in no time!  Today I felt like I was in a rut and not productive at all and it was fustrating. So the best thing I did was get up out of PJs and shower then went for a walk around the block of my neighborhood which helps me to feel better mentally and emotionally, when you feel happier you more likely to be productive. I also enjoy taking care of my indoor plants it teaches me that life goes on it gives hope that's how I see that situation. I like to watch something that helps my mind can't beat Ted talk or Gabrielle Bernstein just helps my mindset, the best time to watch it normally in the morning but if you been in your PJs since 2pm like me then it time to get your shit together as Sarah Knight would say. Finding balance everyday

I know what it feels like to be in need of balance on a daily basis. So, how do we achieve the balanced lifestyle? For starters it's about admitting that we are out of balance there's a prayer I like to say "I see peace instead of this" it helps me to get back into alignment quickly. We all go through days of being out alignment and we lose control of time management. What I do is take time to care for myself in the morning either some type of exercise walk or stretching the body using yoga stretches and doing mediation to get into alignment with my aunthetic truth of what I seek.  We all deal with things differently so I like reading an ebook made by a friend who is editor of Blissfulmind.com her ebook inspired me to make time for my morning coffee and meditation rituals.  Below I talk about self care in the video. It's OK to be selfish sometimes

It’s ok to be selfish sometimes  I read the life changing magic of not giving a fuck by Sarah Knight and it was ok some parts were good in the book. But if you taking time "away" from kids, wife or family member's for a few hours making room for hobbies and creative goals for yourself, it's important! Some people don't always fully understand why being selfish is okay for most of us, the down fall in society is not our problem. I believe in being selfish helps us be a better person, to pursue your healthy lifestyle and well-being that can be a good thing for you AND everyone In your life. If you're happy and fulfilled that makes you automatically a better person to be around you can't give to others if there's nothing to give, can you?
