Kinder thoughts and self talk

Kindness towards ourselves begins with our thoughts. The thoughts we choose to think determine our self-talk, words, actions and personal experiences. Unkind thoughts and actions create tension, anxiety and disconnection, while kind thoughts grow the delicious feelings of peace, balance and connection we seek. Our inner voice says things either negative or positive which creates our response to that thought. So how do you talk to yourself? Are your thoughts and opinions about yourself negative or positive? When we speak positive towards ourselves we are less likely to judge ourselves because it all in your head and we need to get rid of that negative thoughts you have in that head of yours my friend,it not serving you any good.
