Getting your sh*t together is not easy for most of us in today's world. We spend a lot of time of on facebook and it is addictive to be honest! It is a challenge we face daily, so let's create a way to help you overcome this issue. I been reading two time and life management books they have been amazing! I recommend Getting your sh*t together by Sarah Knights it is a really good book to get inspired. I used to struggle with getting my self sorted and motivated but having a routine is important to make those changes as you see below example of my daily routine I have a planner and I tick off the ones I have done. List what you value doing what matters to you rate them 10 the highest 1 the lowest and look at the high ones see if you can make them apart of your every daily life.
