7 ways to create a vision for the life you want.

Do you ever feel completely lost when it comes to the future? As I approach my 40’s, I’ve been thinking a lot about what my life might look like in a few years. I don’t have a typical “career”, I’m not married, I don’t have kids, and I don’t know when or if these things might happen (or if they’ll even happen at all). Apart from the fact I have health issues with epilepsy.  I know people who have their entire lives planned around these things, and then there’s me, chillin’ in my own little world. It’s easy to get caught up thinking that I need to have everything figured out because society says I should. There are times when it seems like everyone else knows what to do, yet I’m completely clueless. Though I’ve never had a super detailed plan for my life, I’ve always had a vision of what I want it to look like.  As I approach my late thirties, I’ve been thinking a lot about what my life might look like in a few years. I don’t have a fancy career I'm just a life coach, I’m not married, I don’t have kids, and I don’t know when these things might happen (or if they’ll even happen at all) but I know I not able to have children due to the risk of seziures. know people who have their entire lives planned around these things, and then there’s me, chillin’ in my own little world. It’s easy to get caught up thinking that I need to have everything figured out because society says I should, including finding the perfect relationship. There are times when it seems like everyone else knows what to do, yet I’m completely unsure what the universe has planned for me. all you need is to visualize the lifestyle you dream of having, even if it seems like it not going to happen within 12 months but achieving your goals towards it helps.  As you can see inspiration of my own vision board...
