Over the past couple of months, I’ve created a video about staying positive while handling anxiety and fear during this pandemic. Today I want to focus on another feeling the whole world is experiencing right now: Sadness. Sadness for the loss of lives due to Covid-19 or a death of a loved one. In general sadness for the horribly unnecessary and violent deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and the countless names that came before theirs.
