Gaining control from negative events Have you ever heard someone say "I've lost control of my life"? There have been times where I've said to myself "man I can't get in control of myself"! What I'm really saying is I'm no longer in control of my events in my life which means I am reacting to these situations. Being out of control is a horrible feeling but we can feel like we got control by accepting it.   Taking the leap of faith  I was able to reach to the point of taking ownership of my life, and making the choice to uproot myself and relocate to the Hutt valley wellington, but then I had to move once again. By examining five main areas that encompassed the issues surrounding my desire to make a change.
