Getting your sh*t together is not easy for most of us in today's world. We spend a lot of time of on facebook and it is addictive to be honest! It is a challenge we face daily, so let's create a way to help you overcome this issue. I been reading two time and life management books they have been amazing! I recommend Getting your sh*t together by Sarah Knights it is a really good book to get inspired. I used to struggle with getting my self sorted and motivated but having a routine is important to make those changes as you see below example of my daily routine I have a planner and I tick off the ones I have done. List what you value doing what matters to you rate them 10 the highest 1 the lowest and look at the high ones see if you can make them apart of your every daily life.  Creating healthy habits everyday. Get your shit together! Getting our shit together is a challenge for a lot of us and it's dam hard really improve our habits and lifestyle. I been on a journey of low productivity during winter in New Zealand and the weather does deprive us of vitamin D3, it hasn't been easy to be honest. I know not getting enough sleep doesn't help either but the energy to get our shit done is a mission right? So when I started reading book called Getting your sh*t together by Sarah Knight really inspired me get off my butt do mental declutter of my rubbish I been struggling with,  and the things I don't give a fu*k about. Make a list cross out the ones you know you should stop giving a fu*k about not hard to do right? Stop caring about what others think for example a persons perspective is unrealistic but impossible to tell them I know it can piss you off best to stop caring and ignoring their bullshit.
