Finding balance

Finding balance is a challenge but we need to have a balance in order to cope. As someone who tries to take on more than I should, I know what it’s like to juggle many responsibilities.  When you’re burned out and stressed out, balance seems like the ultimate remedy. Stress levels need a balance!  So, how I find a balance is through these things I recommend. Meditation - shifts your mindset  Self care  Eating healthy meals  Get enough sleep  Talk positive - CBT (known as cognitive behavioral therapy) Exercise regularly - short walk each day Journaling  Routine every morning and night Relax watch your favorite TV show For any of those tasks that you didn’t totally and utterly think they were necessary, think about how you can delegate them, combine them, eliminate them, or make them easier for yourself. Self love Gala Darling book  Self love is apart of self care most of the time, people get it confused with using products for the skin etc when really it about how you treat yourself mentally and emotionally, because your energy shifts when you treat yourself like you matter. I been reading radical self love by Gala Darling and Restore by the essentialists these books have great advice on what we should do to treat ourselves with love and care.  Don't compare yourself to others.  Take daily actions - people who high in self love nourish themselves daily exercise, eat clean foods, good sleep habits, respectful boundaries, healthy social interactions. Be grateful - gratitude Journalling has been known to bring our mental state to a positive level. Keep positive compliments on file - look back on them as a ritual.
