One of the best ways to create a happier life for yourself and others. Why?  You see it their face lights up when you say a compliment to them it lights up their day.  You do a good thing you will feel good because you done a good thing for someone else.  You get what you give you tend to treat others like you want to be treated. Plus, they way you treat and think about others also tends to be the way you treat othersand think about yourself.  So how can you make someone else happier? 1. Give a compliment many positive words get left unsaid. So give someone a compliment it will make their day as well as yours. It boosts your self-esteem.  2. Hold the door for a few seconds it doesn't take much effort to just hold the door for a bit longer it makes the person more grateful. 3. Vision planning for next few years

 As I approach my late thirties, I’ve been thinking a lot about what my life might look like in a few years. I don’t have a fancy career I'm just a life coach, I’m not married, I don’t have kids, and I don’t know when these things might happen (or if they’ll even happen at all) but I know I not able to have children due to the risk of seziures. know people who have their entire lives planned around these things, and then there’s me, chillin’ in my own little world. It’s easy to get caught up thinking that I need to have everything figured out because society says I should, including finding the perfect relationship. When feel out of alignment

When I feel out alignment disconnected I use these spiritual tools you don't have to be religious to be spiritual, I believe there is something in the universe supporting us.  Our energy has far more power than we can even imagine. As we need to take responsibility  for our own energy. When we function from a fearful, low-level energetic state, our vibes can literally pollute the world. But when we function from a place of positive energy, the world around us becomes more positive. Fear cannot coexist with love.  I follow Gabrielle Bernstein regularly and her books are inspiring! Create your Winter evening routine

Nothing like a cozy winter evening routine! You don't want your brain going around and around over a subject it only makes you anxious during the night and not sleep. So, here are my tips to improve your winter routine. Honesty I hate being cold so I want to make my night relaxing and warm for the winter months. 1. I like to put the fire on to make it cozy and warm for the night. 2.  I make my dinner earlier in the day or pre-made meals which helps me prevent seziures being a risk at the stove. 3. I like to have a herbal tea with a bit of honey before bed, I normally drink it while watching a favorite TV show or maybe watch something bed where it is cozy and use google Chrome. 4. Put a candle on to feel more relaxed instead of bright lights 5. I brush my cat as she is long haired cat, she get's brushing most nights purring with joy which is good for the soul and mind to feel loved by a pet. 6. heat up hot water bottle or heat pack for bed and snuggle up with it

Finding balance

I know a lot of people don't have a balance in their lives and it can cause us to procrastinate and be in a rut even I  learned from my own experience of being in a rut and low moods. So how can we improve our balance in daily life? For starters I get a dam good night rest and start my day fresh ⛲ by having my coffee and water then I plan the mission to create my  balanced lifestyle. Do you have a morning ritual?  Do you have time for yourself? If you don't then you need to create a routine for  morning and night so you can feel balanced and calm.  I like to meditate every morning  it helps get through the daily with a calm balanced mind,  unless you struggle with anxiety attacks a lot then breathing slowly and deeply is important to overcome your battle with anxiety.  The balance I look for is having a calm and confident mind,  but I know it can be a challenge to feel balanced.
