If you don’t know what type of person you want to be then let’s look at that together.  We all can feel lost and question ourselves during this time of wondering who we want to be. Well, big clear question is what do you value? But often they are inherent road from parents or school or society where the expectation are higher than we want them to be. No one needs a backseat driver of our lives. Take control. Put yourself in the driver seat. Know what matters to you. They are basic essential beliefs that we have about ourselves. They guide and motivate us towards purposeful actions. Family, creativity, integrity, kindness, justice. There are many values, what’s yours? Write a list of what you value. Discovering your best self You are unique. Simple as that! Maybe you have heard this before, but this time I want you to let the idea wash over you in a new way. No one is like you at all. You are unique. You are enough because of one simple truth.... like I say, you are you no one can take that away from you. Self care & acceptance of epilepsy  More than ever I have started to take better care of my body and mind which heals my health condition epilepsy. I’ve had it since birth, so a neurologists said to me but I found at the age of 25 that’s when I had full blown tonic clonic seizure. It took me years to find the right thing to control my epilepsy but self care matters when you have health concerns. I take supplements to control the seizures and stress levels and 5 htp is known to help the neurological settings in the brain which is super important to reduce the risk of a seizure. So far so good it has helped me. I changed my diet the keto foods more than I used to but it has been hard during the covid-19 Situation around the world. Sleep is important for the brain so I been working on improving my quality of sleep when I have had great sleep I’m full of energy and able to cope with my day.  Fish  oils and other healthy fats as it supports the brain function. What is your life story?  Life is a journey  We all have a life story that makes us who we are as a person. The twists and turns of life.I am a person who became strong within after what I went through in my life. I lost two siblings to suicide and other negative experiences I have faced with courage. The more you face these negative things the stronger you are as a person. I been through a lot of negative situations here is my list of my life experience that makes me who I am is an example of how we should see it. Without getting stuck in emotion of past experiences. Write down experiences that shape who you are. As we all have a story that makes us who we are today.  Childhood experience of being bullied  Tragic suicidal deaths since the age of 10 years old and 28 years old.
