Here’s a straightforward approach to getting organized: Start with a brain dump Write down absolutely everything that’s on your mind - tasks, worries, ideas, things you need to do. Getting it all out of your head and onto paper (or a note) is surprisingly relieving and helps you see what you’re actually dealing with. Identify your biggest pain points What’s causing you the most stress or chaos right now? Maybe it’s your physical space, your schedule, your finances, or just having too many commitments. Focus on the one or two areas that would make the biggest difference if you tackled them first. Pick one simple system and stick with it Don’t overcomplicate this. Choose one method for tracking tasks - whether that’s a basic to-do list app, a notebook, or your phone’s reminders. The best system is the one you’ll actually use. I can help you set up reminders if that would be useful. Do a 15-minute daily reset Set aside a few minutes each day to tidy one area, review what’s coming up tomor...
