Image
I've been struggling with being motivated to do my morning routine this is where procrastination get's in the way. Recently I've found a way to get me motivated to do my rituals. 1. Playing music gets me feeling good 2. Yoga and meditation getting grounded is important 3. Reading blogs and listening to podcasts that inspires me to get off my butt 4. Watch inspiring videos on YouTube like Ted talk or your favorite YouTuber that is motivating 5. Journal brain dump! 6. Get 8-10 hours of sleep I find 10 hours is needed due to my health issues of epilepsy 7. Read inspiring  Books I recommend  Just get your shit together! Read the book from Sarah Knight getting your sh*t together.  High performance habits from Brendon Burchard is worth reading!  Get inspired! Thanks for reading!    Lori from Lifesuccessnz xx 🤗

Feeling good is your priority

Move your body! When Gabrielle Bernstein wrote her first book,  Add More ~ing to Your Life , she wanted to share how Gabrielle found her inner awareness in the early stages of her spiritual practice. I followed her footsteps and did this by moving my body. When we  move our bodies  in ways that feel good and joyful to us, we feel stronger and more empowered. I often end up dancing to music because it gets me happy and moving. Physical movement is an awesome way to shift your energy, because we get the blood pumping, release endorphins and shake up stagnation. We can use our bodies as vehicles for deepening our spiritual connection. Plus during covid-19 it ideal situation for the body and mind as it helps our mental health and stress levels as it is currrently stressful experience the world is facing. As you commit to your greatness each day and feeling good, start to move more get out in nature. Get inspired by your spiritual practice and move that body to feel good da

How I organize my life

How I organize my life  Well I have a Google calendar which is a lot more helpful than I expected. I like how google has everyday things repeatedly as if I'm doing a ritual I don't have to put in the calendar daily unlike my planner I have to write things in. I have pro journal app for productivity as some of us can get in a rut it a real challenge. Another thing I use is reminder that you got to do that thing today 10 mins before hand and it helps me to get off my butt and do it.  What works for me may not work for you so stick to what is easier for you. I also have a goal journal to help me achieve my goals and make them happen,  I reward myself each time I have completed it. I find it useful to use different ways to improve your daily routines. I get inspired by others who have different ways to improve their daily lives. How you do it is up to you to decide what works best for you.  goals journal Night routine you can get from blissfulmind.com Check out my podc

How to motivate yourself

How to motivate yourself  Changing our behavior motivates a person either in positive or negative way, so how you change your mindset and behavior affects others that are around you on a daily basis. When we change how we deal with things we are more likely to stick to it and not get stuck in a rut. Here are 6 ways to get out if a slump  1. One Goal.  Whenever I’ve been in a slump, I’ve discovered that it’s often because I have too much going on in my life. I’m trying to do too much. And it saps my energy and motivation. It’s probably the most common mistake that people make: they try to take on too much, try to accomplish too many goals at once. You cannot maintain energy and focus on the goals, if you are trying to do two or more goals at once. It’s not possible — I’ve tried it many times. You have to choose one goal, for now, and focus on it completely. I know, that’s hard. Still, I speak from experience. You can always do your other goals when you’ve accomplished your One

indoor plants to keep me productive a walk helps the mental mindset and endorphins! Nothing like baking!  Feel like you're in a rut? No worries! We can fix that in no time!  Today I felt like I was in a rut and not productive at all and it was fustrating. So the best thing I did was get up out of PJs and shower then went for a walk around the block of my neighborhood which helps me to feel better mentally and emotionally, when you feel happier you more likely to be productive. I also enjoy taking care of my indoor plants it teaches me that life goes on it gives hope that's how I see that situation. I like to watch something that helps my mind can't beat Ted talk or Gabrielle Bernstein just helps my mindset, the best time to watch it normally in the morning but if you been in your PJs since 2pm like me then it time to get your shit together as Sarah Knight would say. Do you need to clean up the house a little then do it! Just remember you don't need to put so much pres
