When I do my coaching I feel I have a purpose to live for and something to do. Where do you want to in your life is a good questionKnow I’ve had to ask myself that question more than once. We all struggle with this issue. But, there is a way through this. There is a way I use and it is journalling asking myself questions and answering them. When you catch yourself thinking a negative thought ask yourself this What do I feel right now? What do I not like about this feeling? What would I like to feel? Example happy What do I want in life?
