Dark hole of depression

 The dark hole of depression  By Lori from Lifesuccessnz  The dark hole we can be in due to depression is not an easy place to be. The only way to get through the darkest hole of your life is to go through it with courage.  You need to nourish and prepare your ground with support of others around you before planting seed of life can then develop and flourish. So your inner soul can grow stronger and be happier. You have to weed out the negative feelings that are holding you back.  Please remember I understand what you are going through as I suffered from depression for more than 20 years of my life.  It can be a battle but you can get through the hard times. I went battle to find a way through depression and finally found the light on the other side of the dark hole.
