Sit in nature pause - when we pause in nature we give ourselves time to think space to breathe, so we can make the best decisions. Each time we pause, we take small steps towards rebalancing and reconnecting with who we really are, our dreams and deepest desires.  Plus you your dose of vitamin D by sitting in the sun. Create your Winter evening routine

Nothing like a cozy winter evening routine! You don't want your brain going around and around over a subject it only makes you anxious during the night and not sleep. So, here are my tips to improve your winter routine. Honesty I hate being cold so I want to make my night relaxing and warm for the winter months. 1. I like to put the fire on to make it cozy and warm for the night. 2.  I make my dinner earlier in the day or pre-made meals which helps me prevent seziures being a risk at the stove. 3. I like to have a herbal tea with a bit of honey before bed, I normally drink it while watching a favorite TV show or maybe watch something bed where it is cozy and use google Chrome. 4. Put a candle on to feel more relaxed instead of bright lights 5. I brush my cat as she is long haired cat, she get's brushing most nights purring with joy which is good for the soul and mind to feel loved by a pet. 6. heat up hot water bottle or heat pack for bed and snuggle up with it...
