Overcome perfection Perfectionism is a terrible thing and we adopt it out from our best intentions because we want to be good or “perfect” we want to be seen as we don’t make mistakes. But you can’t become a better version of yourself unless you accept your current version of yourself and this is self love. ❤️ Transformation does not happen in thin air. Reflection points You might feel discontent because something is not to your liking not perfect. You might feel anxious or overwhelmed You might feel stuck not sure where to go When you catch yourself in such moments stop and take a deep breath, and then give yourself permission to not be perfect.
