PEACE IS MY PATH. JULY 2017  | PODCAST - Gabrielle BERNSTEIN Miracle membership  I can relate to it because i struggle with epilepsy and I can easily say negative things about my condition and forget cbt cognitive behavioral therapy. I know peace is my path to releasing my fear I have about my anxiety and epilepsy.  We are not perfect so why are we so fussy about our situation in life? When our brain is on overdrive when can behave in a negative way like anxiety attack or a seziure which i live with daily but it has improved by changing my daily lifestyle. The more I am positive the more likely i can cope with my condition or my anxiety I deal with on a regular bases. Journal is helpful tool a good app called moodflow helps me to monitor my mood and find ways to handle it. Getting in the creative flow We all have a creative side and some days it can be a challenge. I find music helps me get inspired and head banging which helps you to feel good within. I'm sure we have these days where we feel unmotivated to create anything. Never the most easiest experience but it can happen to any musicians, bloggers, youtubers you name it! It can happen to you! So, how do we get back into the flow you ask? Well, the way I have always done it is listening to music and watch other youtubers or read blogs or books that get you motivated. and inspired. Maybe watch a music video on youtube? If you are a musician I understand it not easy as I been there before in my past history in music.  Get a pen and paper out start just writing even if it a journal. Possibly go out in nature spend time in sun light get vitamin D at the same time. I know winter is our crap time to be outside but I think head banging to good old guns n roses is great! Achieving your goals

Achieving your goals  I know a lot of us struggle to achieve our goals but it all to do with how we approach it.  So, let's start with basics. 1. Actions speak louder than words 2. How are you going to make it happen? 3. Stop avoiding it! 4. Talk more positive about it and not listen others negativity about it as you are the one that will shock them with your actions.  5. Focus on it manifest these goals 6. Stay inspired daily! 7. use pintrest as your vision board Not everyone knows how to make it work for them but actions can speak louder than words because how do you think I been working my butt off to make coaching my dream to help others create a positive life for them. Ways to stay positive

Ways to staying positive  Staying positive during this time is needed to be calm, so here are my tips on how to stay positive watch the video below. 1. Read inspiring self help books  2. Go for a walk 3. Get out into the sun light it important to get vitamin D 4. Get dressed not in lazy clothing otherwise you will feel lazy at this time 5. Get outside do some gardening 6. Talk positive towards yourself - positive affirmations are important as it keeps our mindset in the right place, that's why I teach CBT cognitive behavioral therapy.   7. Meditate daily - relaxation is good for the mind and body 8. listen to an audio or watch a video  that inspires you 9. Remove toxic people from your life you don't need their negative behavior around you. 10. Don't look at negative comments online first thing in the morning like Facebook or Instagram as it will destroy you positive mindset and it will cause you to have a bad and a shit mood. I fin

Finding Happiness How to find your happiness within Changing our mindset helps us reach happiness that's why CBT known as cognitive behavioral therapy it resets your mind to think and talk more positive towards yourself. Each to our own we are all different and what we see happiness as. Some people find pure happiness through spirituality and it needs to connect with your values like kindness and compassion, often you find this type of thing through A course in miracles.  Achieving goals successfully is part of where we feel good about our life. Doing something that brings joy within is what shows happiness in us. Small steps towards it is a plan you can take. You need to be flexible with your journey, it is like what the world is going through right now, so you change your daily routines and work from home. That's a way we can handle it better that is flexible journey. Learning from negative situations helps us have self improvement, it gets us in self growth journ
