What is your life story?  Life is a journey  We all have a life story that makes us who we are as a person. The twists and turns of life.I am a person who became strong within after what I went through in my life. I lost two siblings to suicide and other negative experiences I have faced with courage. The more you face these negative things the stronger you are as a person. I been through a lot of negative situations here is my list of my life experience that makes me who I am is an example of how we should see it. Without getting stuck in emotion of past experiences. Write down experiences that shape who you are. Creating happiness within

When you want to find happiness really the only way to finding that happiness is by creating it. That's how I managed to find my way to feeling and acting happier as a person. Changing how we view life that means changing our mindsets about our lives and that is why I teach CBT cognitive behavioral therapy to reset your mind to be a happier and positive person within. Let's explore how we can achieve this happiness  Write 3 things you are grateful for: When you are grateful you feel good within and see the positives around you currently and there will be no room for negativity. Meditate for 10 minutes: meditation is good for the mind and body it relaxing as well. It reduces stress levels, try doing meditation twice a day. Plan for our goals I want to talk about having a plan for our goals and why we need to create small steps not huge steps like some people do. If you have a journal that says Goals on it get it out now! We are going to sort out the mission of creating your first goal. Here's the question.... 1. what is it you want to do this year? 2. Why? 3. how can we make it happen step by step 4. small steps is better than doing big steps as we can get discouraged and give up on our goals 5. create a vision board 7. celebrate each step be proud of yourself for doing it! Get a journal and use it for praising yourself for doing it. SMART Goals are the five most important characteristics of goal setting. Keeping a gratitude journal  Often when we hear about expressing gratitude, we think of the people and things that we’re grateful for. Our friends, family, partners, home, car, food, etc. Of course it really does help put things into perspective even when you are depressed. When you think of your life without those things what comes up for you? BUT I would say to go even deeper when it comes to gratitude. So grab a journal!  Think about your accomplishments what did you achieve that day, how you handled your day was it positive or negative? How your own values came into play and why, which strengths you’re grateful for,  what you’re proud of , what you’re excited about, and what’s good in your life right now. Laser thinking

Laser thinking is very much like what positive thinking is and can be highly effective if you use correctly on daily basis. Let's say you have a goal your mind Set on it, you would do anything to make it happen if you really wanted it right? With laser thinking it stuck on this goal and you Chase it no matter how hard it was but you managed to get that goal, with that is determined mindset. Without this "laser thinking" positive mindset we wouldn't achieved the goal and that is how we should be in order to make dream come true, if you passionate enough that laser in your mind will bring the goal to life! If you struggle to have a positive mindset then you need to get out of the negative place within and start that happiness you can find by doing simple tasks to feel joy within yourself. Remember this is important mindset to have each day if you are not keen to find that joy you won't achieve that goal, so get that laser in your mind going start with one thing only...
