  Resilience  is something that most people need to make it through the rougher times of life. Everyone will experience difficulties in life, and some people will even experience  traumatic  events that create an upheaval in their lives. Resilience is the process by which people adapt to changes or crisis, like death, tragedy, the loss of a job, or financial problems. I faced a lot in my life and my stepdad went through cancer that nearly killed him because of Wellington Hospital failed to do their job properly. Resilience is not  a  character trait  - it can be learned by anyone, but learning it does require time and effort. Several factors involved in resilience include having a loving support system, the ability to make plans and follow through with them, communication and problem-solving skills, having a positive view of yourself and your abilities, and the capability to manage your feelings and impulses. Emotion coping skills

  Acting opposite. A key skill in managing emotion. Each emotion induces an urge. For example, sadness can induce the urge to put on sad music, hide away from friends and curl up on your bed or in a corner. Sometimes this may be what you need. But, if something has just happened and there is sadness to be worked through. However, if you are feeling stuck in a cycle of depression or anxiety and have been acting out this pattern for a month, then it’s time to act opposite to the urge. Most people, most of the time, will experience an urge and act on it immediately.  Observing emotional experience and urges through mindfulness opens up a window of opportunity in which we can choose – go with the urge, or act opposite to it. In this case, acting opposite may be switching the music to something uplifting, dancing round the room a little and calling a friend for support. Mental health - self care  Having a positive mindset is mental self care. Taking care of our mindset is so important in today's world. Why I say that is because thousands of people are suffering from depression. How we deal with it is by changing how we view our situation we are currently in. However, we do say negative things to ourselves and your thoughts always negative all the time but you don't know how to change it? Well... I'm here to help you out with it.  1 . Do think unkind thoughts about yourself and others?  2 . Do you say things out loud when you frustrated?  3 . Does your behavior towards yourself show you that you are unhappy within yourself?  4 . Creating happiness within

When you want to find happiness really the only way to finding that happiness is by creating it. That's how I managed to find my way to feeling and acting happier as a person. Changing how we view life that means changing our mindsets about our lives and that is why I teach CBT cognitive behavioral therapy to reset your mind to be a happier and positive person within. Let's explore how we can achieve this happiness  Write 3 things you are grateful for: When you are grateful you feel good within and see the positives around you currently and there will be no room for negativity. Meditate for 10 minutes: meditation is good for the mind and body it relaxing as well. It reduces stress levels, try doing meditation twice a day.
