Restoring our energy is important for the body and mind on a daily basis as we put pressure on ourselves too often. So here is my list of things self care rituals to reclaim your energy back. 1. Sit in nature pause - when we pause in nature we give ourselves time to think space to breathe, so we can make the best decisions. Each time we pause, we take small steps towards rebalancing and reconnecting with who we really are, our dreams and deepest desires.  Plus you your dose of vitamin D by sitting in the sun. Finding balance is a challenge but we need to have a balance in order to cope. As someone who tries to take on more than I should, I know what it’s like to juggle many responsibilities.  When you’re burned out and stressed out, balance seems like the ultimate remedy. Stress levels need a balance!  So, how I find a balance is through these things I recommend. Meditation - shifts your mindset  Self care  Eating healthy meals  Get enough sleep  Talk positive - CBT (known as cognitive behavioral therapy) Exercise regularly - short walk each day Journaling  Routine every morning and night Relax watch your favorite TV show For any of those tasks that you didn’t totally and utterly think they were necessary, think about how you can delegate them, combine them, eliminate them, or make them easier for yourself. I know a lot of people don't have a balance in their lives and it can cause us to procrastinate and be in a rut even I  learned from my own experience of being in a rut and low moods. So how can we improve our balance in daily life? For starters I get a dam good night rest and start my day fresh ⛲ by having my coffee and water then I plan the mission to create my  balanced lifestyle. Do you have a morning ritual?  Do you have time for yourself? If you don't then you need to create a routine for  morning and night so you can feel balanced and calm.  I like to meditate every morning  it helps get through the daily with a calm balanced mind,  unless you struggle with anxiety attacks a lot then breathing slowly and deeply is important to overcome your battle with anxiety.  The balance I look for is having a calm and confident mind,  but I know it can be a challenge to feel balanced. Finding balance everyday

I know what it feels like to be in need of balance on a daily basis. So, how do we achieve the balanced lifestyle? For starters it's about admitting that we are out of balance there's a prayer I like to say "I see peace instead of this" it helps me to get back into alignment quickly. We all go through days of being out alignment and we lose control of time management. What I do is take time to care for myself in the morning either some type of exercise walk or stretching the body using yoga stretches and doing mediation to get into alignment with my aunthetic truth of what I seek.  We all deal with things differently so I like reading an ebook made by a friend who is editor of Blissfulmind.com her ebook inspired me to make time for my morning coffee and meditation rituals.  Below I talk about self care in the video.
