Overcoming the Christmas drama is not easy for some people, I am one of those people that have to deal with the crap of negative family members. Of course Christmas is the worse time for the drama, however, Just be mindful of how you judge others in your family,  it not easy dealing with negativity of family members.  Here are my tips on how to handle it this Christmas. Why I say that boundaries will free you I mean it is because these boundaries can release us from being overloaded with stress. So, let's say no to things you don't need in your life this is self care, respecting your values. I used to be a push over so I started to have boundaries and really take care of myself, even when someone posted a negative comment I was able to walk away and report these people regardless not letting them destroy me within. I used judgement detox from Gabrielle Bernstein and it has helped me overcome my fears of bullying online even when someone steps over the boundaries, there is no excuse for their behavior but I tried to stay emotionally strong.  This is a challenge for us we need to remember what we have a responsibility to look after our needs during the negative experience you either embrace it or you have a melt down and think negative or see it in more positive light.
