Hey there! It's good to feel good as often as possible.  Because being in positive energy and mindset is important for our self esteem and productivity. I’ve been on a self discovery for the past few years of my life. I was manifesting weak self esteem. You know things like jealous of others, new experiences and adventures before covid-19 came along and I was vulnerable to criticism until I got my shit together remembered my coaching skills. How did it start?  By getting in the habit daily is like taking care of yourself. That means your mental health needs nurturing. But to be productive you need to feel good first. Chances are that, like me, you’ve experienced issues with self esteem at some stage but who doesn’t in life. You might be experiencing them now. Restoring our energy is important for the body and mind on a daily basis as we put pressure on ourselves too often. So here is my list of things self care rituals to reclaim your energy back. 1. Sit in nature pause - when we pause in nature we give ourselves time to think space to breathe, so we can make the best decisions. Each time we pause, we take small steps towards rebalancing and reconnecting with who we really are, our dreams and deepest desires.  Plus you your dose of vitamin D by sitting in the sun. This is a good time to breathe deeply using deep breathing techniques.     2. Move your body! When Gabrielle Bernstein wrote her first book,  Add More ~ing to Your Life , she wanted to share how Gabrielle found her inner awareness in the early stages of her spiritual practice. I followed her footsteps and did this by moving my body. When we  move our bodies  in ways that feel good and joyful to us, we feel stronger and more empowered. I often end up dancing to music because it gets me happy and moving. Physical movement is an awesome way to shift your energy, because we get the blood pumping, release endorphins and shake up stagnation. We can use our bodies as vehicles for deepening our spiritual connection. Plus during covid-19 it ideal situation for the body and mind as it helps our mental health and stress levels as it is currrently stressful experience the world is facing.
