How to Get Motivation Daily

Image
We’ve all been there—waking up and feeling like we have nothing left in the tank. Motivation doesn’t always arrive on its own schedule, which is why the most successful people don’t wait to feel inspired. They build systems and habits that generate motivation consistently. If you’re struggling to find your drive each day, here are practical strategies that actually work. Start With a Clear Purpose Motivation without direction is just restless energy. Before each day begins, identify 2-3 specific things you want to accomplish and why they matter. This isn’t about having a grand life purpose (though that helps too). It’s about connecting today’s tasks to something meaningful—whether that’s professional growth, personal health, or supporting your family. When you know the “why,” the “how” becomes easier. Move Your Body First Thing Physical movement is a motivation multiplier. You don’t need an intense workout. A 10-minute walk, some stretching, or a quick yoga session can shift your...

LEARN THE KEYS TO WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO SUCCEED IN LIFE Posted by: Lori from Lifesuccessnz  When was the last time you smiled, not because you felt like it, but just for the sake of smiling? You’d probably do it more often if you knew that smiling was making you happier. That’s right! If you made all the facial expressions you make when you’re  excited , elated  and  thrilled , even when you don’t actually feel those emotions, the truth is that you’d see an immediate  improvement in your mood . Why does this matter? Because your mood is everything, especially when it comes to  what motivates you to succeed in life . Motivation- what drives you?

Image
Motivation - what drives you?   Are you running towards or away from something? When I talk about motivation, often people see it as a battle to get it done. Feeling like you need to have hardcore self control and this wild persistence to get something completed. You need to work out what is motivating and driving you. Then achieving things will become enjoyable instead of painful. All your willpower because the journey is either enjoyable or not. The entire journey is fulfilling because every step of the way is getting you closer to what is exciting or what matters. It’s where even a small step in the journey can feel like an accomplishment. Take losing weight for example. Instead of running away from the body and weight that you are unhappy with, try and pick a fitness goal that works for you. Changing your attitude towards it makes a difference! Fear can get in the way and hold you down. Ask yourself the following questions Do you do any of the following?   ...

The secret to stay motivated

Have you been searching for inspiration, trying to find the motivation to start something? To make a dent in that project, to exercise, to eat healthy, to do that one thing you’ve dreamed about for a while? I think we’re used to ‘searching’ for motivation. Pinterest, blog posts, videos, speeches, books – we use these resources to ‘find’ inspiration, but are we really just creating a distraction for ourselves?  Sure, you can be inspired by someone. You can be inspired by an idea or a concept, absolutely! But what gets you to start doing is YOU . Let’s say you get dinner with a friend and you’re talking about your lack of motivation lately. You’re having a hard time getting out of bed in the morning to do the same old routine tasks every day. Your friend might give you some great advice. She or he might tell you about how they wakes up each day and asks themselves, How can I be better than I was yesterday? That’s pretty motivational. If you’ve been having a...

I been reading  Atomic Habits by James Clear We all go through a phase of being unmotivated to do the things we set out to do. Tick them off and celebrate that you done it. That means reward yourself. Of course depression doesn’t help as I can speak from experience. One of the simplest ways I’ve learned how to deal with procrastination is to consider how my choices today will affect my future self. In this process be kind to yourself it is too easy to bea...
