  I have to admit, I don’t always use my time wisely. I am prone to getting distracted by YouTube, Neon, and basically anything other than what I’m supposed to be doing. However, I believe I’ve found the *secret* to staying on top of everything I need to do when I set my mind to it. It’s called google calendar and task. I have these apps to help me daily.  Planning.  Yup, it’s that simple. Planning is the key to effective time management. It’s hard to feel organized and on top of things if you’re unprepared. Having a clear plan for your day helps you make the most of your time and actually accomplish the important things in life. Feeling like you’re not doing enough?

  Sometimes I feel I’m doing enough and unmotivated. But, who doesn’t? Do you ever feel like you’re completely overwhelmed with things to do, yet you’re still not doing  enough ? Maybe you thought you’d be further ahead in life than you are right now, or maybe you have this list in the back of your head of things you *should* be doing. No matter what, whatever you’re doing doesn’t quite seem to be enough. Seeing other people’s successes can trigger this feeling of inadequacy. Setting unrealistic expectations for yourself can also cause this feeling that nothing is ever quite good enough. Even though covid-19 hasn’t helped.  Of course, there’s always room for improvement in our lives, but it feels like a never-ending rat race when you’re constantly chasing the next thing. It’s overwhelming to feel like you need to do everything. When you start to feel like you’re not doing enough, it’s easy to overwhelm yourself even more. Very inspiring video I just had to share it with you. I know it is hard to fully do some of your goals because the situation of covid-19 but seeing it in a different way really changes how we view it. 2020 has been definitely challenging for us but we need to see it in a different way. How we can make 2022 incredible regardless of the situation with the covid-19. I totally agree with Erin because we can still make this year 2022 amazing regardless. I see it in more positive mindset and that is why I use affirmations to get my mindset in a positive state regardless. As you see below cards I use from Gabrielle Bernstein the one in the middle is the one that relates to how we deal with the situation of covid-19 card says "instead of worrying about the future I know all is well when I'm in alignment in the moment." How to change your life in six months  Six months of hardcore love attention, clarity and focus really can change the course of your entire life.  I think it's so easy to just say I'm gonna change my life in six months. But when you don't put any systems or structure around it, it ends up becoming just this lofty dream.  As many of you know, I have had a huge life transition over the past six months. And whilst mentally I am in a good space, no huge life transition comes without its challenges.  I want to be totally open and vulnerable. Although I do feel happy with my decision, all of the things that come with such a big life change really can affect you mentally.  My seven year-long relationship ended and I've kind of been self-sabotaging for the past 6 months because of it.  So for me, this desire to make this change has actually been birthed out of realizing that I haven't been prioritizing myself, taking care of myself, or focusing on my goals.  You do not have
