Finding balance

Finding balance is a challenge but we need to have a balance in order to cope. As someone who tries to take on more than I should, I know what it’s like to juggle many responsibilities.  When you’re burned out and stressed out, balance seems like the ultimate remedy. Stress levels need a balance!  So, how I find a balance is through these things I recommend. Meditation - shifts your mindset  Self care  Eating healthy meals  Get enough sleep  Talk positive - CBT (known as cognitive behavioral therapy) Exercise regularly - short walk each day Journaling  Routine every morning and night Relax watch your favorite TV show For any of those tasks that you didn’t totally and utterly think they were necessary, think about how you can delegate them, combine them, eliminate them, or make them easier for yourself. Trust the universe  We all go through changes in many ways and some of us struggle to deal with change. I've come across a situation I never thought would but... It did so here I am trying to get my shit together and confront it with courage. Do you have these experiences?  The best thing to do is trust the universe during this time I say a prayer Dear universe,  I am fully present in this moment. My soul remembers that getting comfortable with uncertainty is my sacred contract and I embrace the opportunity to experience the beautiful fullness of life so be it, so it is.  Journey  Follow the road to overcome the negative thoughts is the only way to change our mindsets. You either stay negative or start thinking positive thoughts about the situation you are facing, because when we do we are likely to overcome fear based thoughts and feeling's. I know a lot of people don't have a balance in their lives and it can cause us to procrastinate and be in a rut even I  learned from my own experience of being in a rut and low moods. So how can we improve our balance in daily life? For starters I get a dam good night rest and start my day fresh ⛲ by having my coffee and water then I plan the mission to create my  balanced lifestyle. Do you have a morning ritual?  Do you have time for yourself? If you don't then you need to create a routine for  morning and night so you can feel balanced and calm.  I like to meditate every morning  it helps get through the daily with a calm balanced mind,  unless you struggle with anxiety attacks a lot then breathing slowly and deeply is important to overcome your battle with anxiety.  The balance I look for is having a calm and confident mind,  but I know it can be a challenge to feel balanced. We all go through Procrastination, so what holds us back? What blocks you from engaging in productive actions? Poor self discipline is an unsurprising human trait as 'avoiding a difficult situy seems like the most common thing'. Procrastination is often a behavioral way of protecting yourself from experiencing unpleasant emotional state. If you decide to stay in a rut rather than attempt to leave it.  Causes of Procrastination 1. Anxiety  2. Low frustration tolerance 3. Rebellion - this is used as a way to express your anger towards others by delaying important tasks. Procrastination has been associated with depression, guilt, low moods, anxiety, and low self-esteem. As a result Procrastination probably account for much of why many of us never full fill our potential. So, putting things off won't help us in the long term.
