Create structure - routine

Having daily and weekly routines means I don’t have to play catch-up or winning everything. There’s nothing wrong with winning it. But, I feel more at peace when I’m prepared with a plan. Lack of structure can make us feel unmotivated and distracted and often leads to you doing everything the opposite. Of course, flexibility is important, but structure is necessary for creating a sense of stability and balance in your life. Even if you are not working full time.   I have to admit, I don’t always use my time wisely. I am prone to getting distracted by YouTube, Neon, and basically anything other than what I’m supposed to be doing. However, I believe I’ve found the *secret* to staying on top of everything I need to do when I set my mind to it. It’s called google calendar and task. I have these apps to help me daily.  Planning.  Yup, it’s that simple. Planning is the key to effective time management. It’s hard to feel organized and on top of things if you’re unprepared. Having a clear plan for your day helps you make the most of your time and actually accomplish the important things in life.
