  I have to admit, I don’t always use my time wisely. I am prone to getting distracted by YouTube, Neon, and basically anything other than what I’m supposed to be doing. However, I believe I’ve found the *secret* to staying on top of everything I need to do when I set my mind to it. It’s called google calendar and task. I have these apps to help me daily.  Planning.  Yup, it’s that simple. Planning is the key to effective time management. It’s hard to feel organized and on top of things if you’re unprepared. Having a clear plan for your day helps you make the most of your time and actually accomplish the important things in life. Finding motivation

Finding motivation  I felt inspired by this video you see above by Muchelle B she makes a great inspiration for finding motivation. I've had procrastination like everyone else it can be fustrating as well. Listen my podcast about finding motivation click the link  Motivation podcast Here are my tips Don't burn yourself out - get sleep!  Create a list of things to do Self care is needed if you have zero motivation Rebel and do something that will motivate you anyways, when productive regardless is motivating. Drink water eat something sit back and check with yourself what do you need to do. Clean for 10 mins set timer to clean your space or tidy up  Create a list on your phone tick it off  Meditate clear your mind Do it in the morning not afternoon or evening Write a list of things you need to do.  That's my ideas on overcoming procrastination no really likes to be in that situation. Motivation and procrastinating

I've been struggling with being motivated to do my morning routine this is where procrastination get's in the way. Recently I've found a way to get me motivated to do my rituals. 1. Playing music gets me feeling good 2. Yoga and meditation getting grounded is important 3. Reading blogs and listening to podcasts that inspires me to get off my butt 4. Watch inspiring videos on YouTube like Ted talk or your favorite YouTuber that is motivating 5. Journal brain dump! 6. Get 8-10 hours of sleep I find 10 hours is needed due to my health issues of epilepsy 7. Read inspiring  Books I recommend  Just get your shit together! Overcome Procrastination

We all go through Procrastination, so what holds us back? What blocks you from engaging in productive actions? Poor self discipline is an unsurprising human trait as 'avoiding a difficult situy seems like the most common thing'. Procrastination is often a behavioral way of protecting yourself from experiencing unpleasant emotional state. If you decide to stay in a rut rather than attempt to leave it.  Causes of Procrastination 1. Anxiety  2. Low frustration tolerance 3. Rebellion - this is used as a way to express your anger towards others by delaying important tasks. Procrastination has been associated with depression, guilt, low moods, anxiety, and low self-esteem. As a result Procrastination probably account for much of why many of us never full fill our potential. So, putting things off won't help us in the long term. I know hard to be motivated daily even I go through that but having something to get up for each day helps a lot. So find what works for you and make it a...
