Overcoming anxiety & depression

I was recently presented with my own spiritual assignment on resilience. Early this month I finally became willing to accept that I have been suffering with anxiety that's why I been using an app called Headspace.  I’ve been thinking a lot about resilience lately, and strengthening my own resilience. So in this post I want to share my personal practices with you. What Is Resilience? Resilience is our ability to recover from difficult situations and adapt to change. Finding motivation  I felt inspired by this video you see above by Muchelle B she makes a great inspiration for finding motivation. I've had procrastination like everyone else it can be fustrating as well. Listen my podcast about finding motivation click the link  Motivation podcast Here are my tips Don't burn yourself out - get sleep!  Create a list of things to do Self care is needed if you have zero motivation Rebel and do something that will motivate you anyways, when productive regardless is motivating. Drink water eat something sit back and check with yourself what do you need to do. Clean for 10 mins set timer to clean your space or tidy up  Create a list on your phone tick it off  Meditate clear your mind Do it in the morning not afternoon or evening Write a list of things you need to do.  That's my ideas on overcoming procrastination no really likes to be in that situation. Your authentic truth

If you want confidence you need to embrace your authentic truth who you really are. Not everyone can be confident straight away, I like to journal what are my insecurities and how can I Overcome it. Get yourself good skin products for face and body Have a relaxing bath Drink your coffee outdoors embrace the beautiful nature Talk more positive towards yourself positive mindset is important  Read a self help book that inspires you Connect with yourself by meditation or journal prompt divethru app  Dress like you love who you are Relese self inner critic and be positive about yourself  Journal daily! Say positive affirmation daily  Play your favorite music get moving or head banging because it feels good  When we really respect ourselves we are more likely to feel happier about life, which is why I was following Gala Darling and brought her book about radical self love.
