Smart goal setting    We all have things that we want to change and goals that we are working towards: lose 15 pounds, drink more   water ,   exercise   more often…But how do we turn those dreams into reality? In this post we review SMART goals and explain why they help us achieve success and turn those dreams and goals into reality! So what is a SMART goal? Each week with small “wins” leads to confidence and takes you one step closer to your 3 month goal. Howe...

To make a dent in that project, to exercise, to eat healthy, to do that one thing you’ve dreamed about for a while? I think we’re used to ‘searching’ for motivation. Pinterest, blog posts, videos, speeches, books – we use these resources to ‘find’ inspiration, but are we really just creating a distraction for ourselves?  Sure, you can be inspired by someone. You can be inspired by an idea or a concept, absolutely! But what gets you to start doing is YOU . Let’s say you get dinner with a friend and you’re talking about your lack of motivation lately. You’re having a hard time getting out of bed in the morning to do the same old routine tasks every day. Your friend might give you some great advice. She or he might tell you about how they wakes up each day and asks themselves, How can I be better than I was yesterday? That’s pretty motivational. If you’ve been having a...

Honestly I’ve been there.  When you’re surrounded by negativity, it’s easy to absorb that energy and start to feel negative yourself. This can mess with your mindset and make you feel drained.  That being said, there are ways we can bring positivity to situations and not let the negativity cloud our minds. If that same person took the time to gather their composure befo...

The presence of love releases you from fear which means your thoughts is changed. We all have nervous breakdowns but we need to remember to having faith in the universe have the spirit of forgiveness saying a prayer of love. I came across self-help book The universe has your back by Gabrielle Bernstein it had an impact on my life now I share the tools I learned from my experiences with you. When you go through anxiety nervous breakdowns all we need to do is start having faith in the universe as it has our back why? Having spiritual awareness is helpful to choose to see it with love rather than fear, maybe say out loud to yourself for the universe to hear " I choose...
