The only way to get through the darkest hole of your life is to go through it with courage.  You need to nourish and prepare your ground with support of others around you before planting seed of life can then develop and flourish. So your inner soul can grow stronger and be happier.   It’s human to experience a full range of emotions – some pleasant, others not so much. What you do with these emotions is what makes all the difference. Taking the time to notice and show understanding for your feelings – a process called validation – is a foundation for mental wellbeing.  When we validate ourselves, we show understanding, and recognise that our thoughts, feelings, and urges make sense. They might not be nice. They might not feel appropriate. They might be uncomfortable. But, they are what they are. It helps to understand our thoughts and feelings – to validate them – rather than judging them or immediately looking for solutions.  Education - self improvement  Self improvement is not just getting your certification for a job, it’s about growing expanding our knowledge.  I learned this for myself and it made me the person I am today. We are all different and how bring knowledge into our lives. Some of us like to study expand our certification in a job money minded. But, for some it’s reading a book and learning how to improve ourselves in life.  So what makes you want to learn?  As I know some of you watch videos on YouTube.  You can learn to grow your business more.  Exercise: Your current education picture  Question 1: what do you want to learn?  Living with epilepsy and staying strong. When I was only 25 I was diagnosed with epilepsy, I had no idea that I was living with it since the day I was born and was not noticed. I want to be a voice for those with epilepsy who struggle to have their voices heard.
