A- social networking Keeping in touch with people through social media, Phone calls and texts. Connection is critical to our wellbeing. T- time out Take time out, whether it’s from long time sitting at computer doing zoom calls all day, or even extended time in close proximity with people in your home. This will help minimise the ongoing stress of being in limited space with others in your home. R- relaxation etc Managing anxiety and stress can be helped by through meditation and breathing techniques, also anything relaxing. I find meditation helpful. E- exercise and entertainment Any form of exercise is good for overall wellbeing and mental health. Maybe catch up on some reading, hobbies or listening to audiobooks or podcasts or even music.
