  Thoughts of suicide can take many forms. No matter what you’re going through, help and support are available. Find away out of the dark hole. What are suicidal thoughts? Active thoughts of  suicide  involve clear and specific thoughts about suicide or plans to take your own life. I know from my own experience. Suicidal thoughts can also take a less-defined shape. Maybe you don’t have an actual plan to die, but you:  have frequent thoughts about death and dying have spent time thinking about ways to die believe you don’t deserve to keep living wish you could simply stop living Why seeking support can be challenging  Whether they’re passive or active, persistent thoughts about suicide and death can leave you feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, and unsure where to turn for support.  I have links for New Zealand people.  Mindset of productivity  Here is a video that explains how we can be more productive 👇 Procrastination can have negative effects on both our energy levels and the amount of time we have available to complete tasks. When we put off tasks, we often think and tell ourselves that we are giving ourselves a break or more time to complete the task. However, in reality, we are just creating more stress and anxiety for ourselves.  1. Write in your journal  2. Don’t over commit  3. Look after your mental health  4. Get off social media for example facebook etc 5. Have a to do list each day  6. Create a planner for the week  I hope this helps you to improve your productivity so you can get your work done.

 Overcoming childhood depression  I’ve experienced depression since I was 9 years old. So, I know what it is like to struggle with depression. I've been a victim of tragedy not once but twice and depression when my brother took his life. It was a battle but I overcame. We all experience some negative things in life we are not perfect but there is a way through the hard times. I faced not one suicide but when I was 28 when my oldest brother took his life and I had to face my fears of death with courage and strength no matter how hard it was. My seziures are different to normal tonic clonic seziures. I have a lot of absent seziures and I don’t have control I fall and don’t remember I even had a seziure this type is not a tonic colonic but absent seziures are just as horrible as the most common seziures.
