Stop placing conditions on your life!

Image
What we really want to talk about is how we place the idea of placing conditions on our happiness all the time! And that is not good. As humans, we have a tendency to keep joy just of reach, we not even aware we doing it. We are thrown off by other's behavior we allow our lovers, parents, Friend's, and workmates dictate our mood. When they behave in a way that we approve of we tend to think it "okay" been though can over think that of course. When we continue to feel bad it impossible to feel good again! When we are mad, we are punishing ourselves, because as long as we are feeling bad, it impossible to feel good and feeling good is where we are at our best. Feeling good is our natural state of being we supposed to be and it is where we will always be unless we think negative about it. Feeling is when our creativity cones out, our dreams come together manifesting them. When you feel "stuck" or angry, even sorry for yourself that is of course negative behavi...

So what are you contributing to the world? Can be simple as a YouTube video which I started out with. Doing something gives you self-esteem and confidence that is important to feel good about it, it helps us connect with others. Let's do an exercise Identify these things What__________________? How__________________? Why___________________? 1. What do you want to do 2. How you going to do it 3.
