Overcoming depression is a hard mission I know trust me on that one! I was struggling with epilepsy on top of that my history of depression found me again that is why I made sure the doctors reduced my medication for my seizures as I wasn't motivated to live or do anything felt like a rut on a daily basis. I did whatever I could to keep the positive attitude going for a number of years, here I am today telling you the story of my life. Gratitude played a big roll in my life and why I am the person I became that is important to overcome depression. As you see below gratitude journal from https://theawesomeinc.co.nz
each day I find something to be grateful regardless how big or small it is being grateful is a powerful tool we have.

What can you find right now to be grateful for?
Can you list 3 things?
If you can list 3 things that is a great start to being happy with yourself and your life, why I say that is because I know I been there myself no one likes being sad right?
Can you say one affirmation positive thing about yourself today?

To read more about research that has been done  https://www.awesomeendsin.me/about/the-facts/

Seriously it worth doing it because it feels amazing! Today I saw a kid with his dad on their bikes on the side of the road teach him the ropes of riding a bike and know the road rules for it. Just how this little boy copies his daddy it put a smile on my face and felt gratitude these are the things we should be experiencing in life. If you are struggling to find the positivity in your life come for a session with me and let's find out the real you!
