Procrastination - Finding routine 

Being productive and motivated to live life is important but.... I know how hard it is. So, let's jump into the details of how to improve our productivity. Do you struggle to get up in the morning? Do you drink and stay up all night? Then you need create an evening routine and a morning routine.
Evening routine
• dinner reasonable time
if you have night meds take them
• do not exercise at night
• herbal tea to relax with no caffeine
• get into PJs ready for bed
• heat up water bottle if it winter
• take herbal supplement to help
• breathe relax muscles dynamic breathing is known to help the body relax before sleep.
See if you can sleep for 8 - 9 hours each night.
For morning routine is important in order to feel good about your day.
Morning rituals
coffee
• breakfast
• exercise short session a walk if possible 
• meditation 10 minutes 
• yoga stretches short session 
• journal writing - morning pages 
• 5 minute read of a self-help book or audiobooks
Please remember these are ideas my routine will be different.
You can use a dairy planner to help plan your days. Creating the routine will help you be more productive. Used a list to tick off things I want to accomplish in my day.
I got inspired by book miracle morning and how it is important to be motivated even when you struggle with depression on a daily basis because it affects your reason to get up everyday.
