Choose to become the person you want to be
Embracing who you should be not someone you are not


Introduction
Hey there I’m Lori your coach and I have this amazing story about how I become the person I am today. I struggled with social anxiety and judgement of others who were judging me as a person, I had to find a way to get past that until I fully embraced who I was not be someone I wasn’t meant to be. I hope you discover who you truly are embracing the true self within.

Who do you want to become?

It’s a pretty good question eh? Who do you choose to be? Positive or negative?
Most of us want to be positive people but it can be pretty hard for some people who have never been shown how they can think, act and behave like a positive person, that’s why CBT therapy is important to teach. To be a “good person” is about finding your true self who you were created to be by the universe. In order to be this “good person” we have to change how we think and behave which is the positive thinking and loving forgiving nature we need to lean on through the spiritual way of living. Without having faith in the universe we will forever be stuck in fear and doubt.
So how do we become the person we should be embracing everyday? Well, there are ways first thing to do is accept who you are no one is perfect. Doesn’t matter what size you are what your body looks like loving who you are is important part of becoming the person you  should be proud of. To start with, you need to do more of self care on a daily basis that is self love. How to do it is by doing simple small things
  1. Take a hot bath with essential oils
  2. Exercise and eat healthy
  3. Do meditation to relax the mind the effects are amazing even with singing bowls experience was healing to the body.

    4. Make yourself a cup of herbal tea highly recommend chamomile
  4. Walk along the beach on a nice day mindfulness
  5. Read a non intense book something you enjoy
  6. Watch your favorite program on tv

Embracing who you are

Don’t listen to others negative opinions about you because it serves no purpose, why I say that is you are amazing regardless the universe knows already. You are loved by a god that first loved us, the more you accept who you are the more likely you are going to manifest something positive. The exercises to do:
  1. Say positive things to yourself daily this is how CBT works and act like you are positive happy person vibrate the energy and it will manifest into self love acceptance.
  2. Look at yourself in the mirror tell yourself you are amazing no matter what others think I am beautiful regardless.
  3. Wear vibrant colours for example pink
  4. Breath in the goodness the universe gave us
  5. Change how you think of yourself everyday you are awesome repeat in meditation I am full of compassion towards myself love, peace and harmony i seek.
  6. Write 3 positive things about yourself in journal
Acceptance and gratitude turns into joy when we fully accept who we are even if it means having an illness that holds you back think differently about it.
Being negative sorrow is not going to change things unless you make the effort to do the work of self acceptance and loving who you embracing and parts you never liked before.
I have epilepsy but I try to not let any seizure hold me back, I work on what I can change that is how I think of the situation and you to can do this if you put your mind to it.
