How to get out of a rut & get your shit together!

Feel like you're in a rut? No worries! We can fix that in no time! 
Today I felt like I was in a rut and not productive at all and it was fustrating. So the best thing I did was get up out of PJs and shower then went for a walk around the block of my neighborhood which helps me to feel better mentally and emotionally, when you feel happier you more likely to be productive. I also enjoy taking care of my indoor plants it teaches me that life goes on it gives hope that's how I see that situation. I like to watch something that helps my mind can't beat Ted talk or Gabrielle Bernstein just helps my mindset, the best time to watch it normally in the morning but if you been in your PJs since 2pm like me then it time to get your shit together as Sarah Knight would say.


Do you need to clean up the house a little then do it! Just remember you don't need to put so much pressure on yourself it not easy for some who been in a rut for a long time and when you been in a negative relationship it can affect your mental state. So be kind to yourself today and be productive in a healthy way. Write in your journal if you have to as well.
