When Gabrielle Bernstein wrote her first book, Add More ~ing to Your Life, she wanted to share how Gabrielle found her inner awareness in the early stages of her spiritual practice. I followed her footsteps and did this by moving my body.
When we move our bodies in ways that feel good and joyful to us, we feel stronger and more empowered. I often end up dancing to music because it gets me happy and moving. Physical movement is an awesome way to shift your energy, because we get the blood pumping, release endorphins and shake up stagnation. We can use our bodies as vehicles for deepening our spiritual connection. Plus during covid-19 it ideal situation for the body and mind as it helps our mental health and stress levels as it is currrently stressful experience the world is facing.
As you commit to your greatness each day and feeling good, start to move more get out in nature. Get inspired by your spiritual practice and move that body to feel good daily.
