Setting goals for yourself 

Setting goals can be daunting, especially if you have a huge list of goals for 2024. You’d like to accomplish or you’re totally lost when it comes to choosing the right goals for yourself. Trust me I know I’ve been there more than once it not an easy mission to do. 
I'm currently in the process of setting goals for the year of 2024 and I'm making sure it for me not for any one else, as it can be an issue because when we don't do it for us then we are not got our head in the right place. It’s a negative mindset which we need to change before making a goal. Goals can be an intimidating process, I want to help you figure out your top goals and create a plan to achieve them. Keep reading to find out how you can set actionable goals for self-improvement so that you can Make Time for what matters to you! And that to me is important to grow as a person in this world.Vision what you would like to have this year, mediation is a great way to see what you would like to do in your life. Get inspired daily! I'm serious! 
It has helped me in many ways!
So many of us get distracted by the things that don't really matter to us, but we do it anyways right? 


If you’re struggling to come up with goal ideas, think about what you’d like to achieve physically, professionally, and financially.
Consider what you want to make time for, whether it’s spending time with your family, working on a side project you’ve been putting off, or taking time for yourself. You could even create a list of 100 things you’d like to accomplish in your lifetime, so why not make a bucket list? I manage to go for a ride in a boat for the first time in many years of my life.
Once you’ve come up with a few goal ideas, it’s time to prioritize them and break them down. Start by choosing your top three goal ideas, and figure out when you’d like to accomplish them by. Start appreciating what you have in order to go higher up in your job or improving money flow connect with the universe as it can be manifested.  
Write in your goals journal about what you would like to improve this year it can be so simple as  a habit.
Or use an app on your mobile phone there are great apps on google play store.

SMART Goals are the five most important characteristics of goal setting. Those five characteristics are:

  • Specific: Identify what will be accomplished and what exact actions will be taken.
  • Measurable: Choose the data or metric that will allow you to know you are making progress.
  • Achievable: Ensure you have the resources and skills to be successful and that you are creating realistic goals.
  • Relevant: Make sure the task fits your broader goals and is related to your long-term goal, values, and life purpose.
  • Time-bound: Establish a specific timeline for completing your goal and break down your goal into short-term goals with their own timelines.
Small wins become bigger in time! Habits become bigger goal achievement when you have mastered the habit.
