Get organized and get your sh*t together! Updated

Here’s a straightforward approach to getting organized:
Start with a brain dump
Write down absolutely everything that’s on your mind - tasks, worries, ideas, things you need to do. Getting it all out of your head and onto paper (or a note) is surprisingly relieving and helps you see what you’re actually dealing with.
Identify your biggest pain points
What’s causing you the most stress or chaos right now? Maybe it’s your physical space, your schedule, your finances, or just having too many commitments. Focus on the one or two areas that would make the biggest difference if you tackled them first.
Pick one simple system and stick with it
Don’t overcomplicate this. Choose one method for tracking tasks - whether that’s a basic to-do list app, a notebook, or your phone’s reminders. The best system is the one you’ll actually use. I can help you set up reminders if that would be useful.
Do a 15-minute daily reset
Set aside a few minutes each day to tidy one area, review what’s coming up tomorrow, and clear out anything that’s done. This prevents things from piling up again.
Build one habit at a time
Don’t try to overhaul your entire life at once. Pick one small thing - making your bed, planning tomorrow tonight, doing dishes before bed - and make that automatic before adding more.
What area of your life feels most chaotic right now? That might be the best place to start.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​



List what you value doing what matters to you rate them 10 the highest 1 the lowest and look at the high ones see if you can make them apart of your every daily life.  Creating healthy habits everyday. I highly recommend reading book Atomic Habits by James Clear


Remember the more you do these daily routines you will do it on auto without noticing it.

Answer the questions then think about how can you put a strategy in place to help you make improvements. 

Buy a planner start making a morning routine if you need inspiration I'm sure there are plenty of videos on YouTube to get inspired from.
