We all struggle with thinking positive thoughts about our work and it not easy, totally understandable but when you use CBT congitive behavioral therapy to change how you precive it becomes easier to handle. Are you depressed in your job? If you are it's time to change how you see your work and respond to others. 1. Thoughts - what thoughts do you have about your work positive or negative? 2. Attitude - are you struggling to stay positive even around others or customers? 3. Behavior - is it negative? If so changing it helps us to feel more joy about how we serve others in the job it may not be perfect but it brings money in for food on your table. 4.
