Facing your feelings
Don't run from your feelings if you run from them someday they will catch up with you in a bad way, I've seen it before in my past and most of the time they use drugs and alcohol to numb the pain. When I have faced a negative experience that caused me to feel very emotional I talk to someone at depression helpline www.depression.org.nz talking to someone a counselor helps you see things differently than before, so what can you do to help yourself? I use a meditation to help face my fear and emotions that I used to run from until recently I have been dealing with a lot of drama and knowing that I was overwhelmed so I used meditation to help me through the process thanks to Gabrielle Bernstein for the guided meditation link below
