Self care helps us connect to who we really are and looking after our mind and body when most of us don't do that! We need to find a way to make an effort on a daily basis to take more care of what we are doing. I like to use the spa pool to relax my body before bed has so many health benefits, I do yoga every morning and meditation not to forget journalling! What works for you may not work for others.
