Finding balance everyday

I know what it feels like to be in need of balance on a daily basis. So, how do we achieve the balanced lifestyle? For starters it's about admitting that we are out of balance there's a prayer I like to say "I see peace instead of this" it helps me to get back into alignment quickly. We all go through days of being out alignment and we lose control of time management. What I do is take time to care for myself in the morning either some type of
exercise walk or stretching the body using yoga stretches and doing mediation to get into alignment with my aunthetic truth of what I seek. We all deal with things differently so I like reading an ebook made by a friend who is editor of Blissfulmind.com her ebook inspired me to make time for my morning coffee and meditation rituals.

How can we feel balanced by simply slowing down otherwise we burn ourselves out that not ideal situation to feel. Getting good sleep plays a big roll in how we feel and I need 10 hours a night otherwise I struggle to cope. 
Ask yourself what can you do to feel more balanced and how are you going to do that. Do journalling every morning to find out what works for you and what doesn't.
