I want to talk about my favorite resources that helps us find our happiness in the journey we are on.
I love this journal because you are guided for 12 months to find your greatest happiness in 2019 until you do it again in 2020.

Most of us are not happy so we try to find a way to improve so here is something I found useful for my coaching lessons. Watch video above.
