Nightly self care
I'm a person that needs nightly rituals for self care otherwise I end up having
health problems the next day. To give you an idea what I do each night is I get ready for bed get out of my clothes into PJs and drink herbal tea before sleep plus reading is a good way to relax. I put my string lights on and candles to make the environment relaxing.

| candles relaxes the mind With candles you use them like hygge which is great for winter time. I love using essential oils so I turn on diffuser and let me sink into more relaxed state mmm just what we need to do after long day. Some nights I read a book before bedtime but depending how tired I am. How do you plan to take care of yourself at night? What helps me is lavender and magnesium before sleep. I don't like watching anything on TV including news I watch news during the day as my mind works over time. I love giving my cat some cuddles before I crash to sleep nothing like someone giving you affection. I hope this inspires you to take more care of yourself tonight.
