When feel out of alignment

When I feel out alignment disconnected I use these spiritual tools you don't have to be religious to be spiritual, I believe there is something in the universe supporting us. Our energy has far more power than we can even imagine. As we need to take responsibility for our own energy.
When we function from a fearful, low-level energetic state, our vibes can literally pollute the world. But when we function from a place of positive energy, the world around us becomes more positive. Fear cannot coexist with love. 

I follow Gabrielle Bernstein regularly and her books are inspiring! Love Gabrielle's blogs too! 
  • If I had a tough day, I could watch an awesome talk on YouTube to raise my vibration and feel great again.
  • If I need to back into alignment meditation is great for that! I’d easily be able to find it on audiojoy app or audio of Gabrielle's meditation on Google play and practice it.

You Can Raise Your Energetic Vibration

Your energy is your greatest source of power. When you vibrate a high-vibe, loving energy, you will receive that energy reflected back to you. But when you vibrate at a low level, you become an energetic match for people and situations that are also vibrating at that level.
That's why I like cleanse my body physically and mentally I drink dandelion tea to detox my liver.
Therefore, your power lies in your ability to change your energy at any time. It might sound heady at first, but changing your energetic vibration is easier than you might think. Watch this inspiring video from Gabrielle Bernstein
Ready to raise your vibration? 
first and foremost my intention is to help you see how your vibes are speaking louder than your words. The reason everything keeps falling flat is that your energy isn’t sustaining the experience. We know that our words and actions affect other people. But often we don’t realize how much our energy affects them, too. Ready to raise your vibes? The tips I share will help you get back into alignment so that you can be your most awesome and authentic self!

How To Raise Your Energetic Vibration

Follow this process for raising your vibes! When you do this, you’ll be able to bring your highest energy and your most authentic self into any situation. Other people will pick up on this shift in your energy and you’ll notice a major change in the way they respond to you, as well as in how you feel. 

Step 1: Become aware of your energy

If there are areas of your life where you always feel blocked or out of alignment, or the outcome is never what you were hoping for, then check in with yourself. Ask yourself, “What is the energy that I’m bringing forth? And how is my energy affecting other people?”

Step 2: Pray before you walk in the door

Pray before you walk in the door, pick up the phone, write the email or do anything else where you’ll be communicating and interacting with others. Right before you walk into a restaurant for a date, or before you step into an office for an interview, say this prayer:
“Thank you, Universe, for helping me align with my authentic truth.”
When you align with your truth, you raise your energetic vibration! This simple prayer is all you need to invite in a presence greater than yourself to reconnect you to your authenticity and positivity.

Step 3: Breathe and count

When you’re in a situation where you feel like your vibes are lowering or like you’re putting out a strange signal, the solution is simple. Take a deep breath and count to 10. Breathe in for a count of 10, and release for a count of 10.
You can be in the middle of a conversation and just take that long, deep breath, or you can briefly excuse yourself and just breathe. Your breath is so powerful; it can reorganize all that is happening within you including the negative thoughts. As a result, the entire situation can be completely transformed.
If you can’t take that long of a breath in the moment, then breathe in for a count of three and out for a count of three. Anytime you get that feeling like you’re not being yourself, or if you’re veering into negativity, just breathe.

step 4: Set empowering intentions

In Gabrielle Bernstein's book The Universe Has Your Back, she devote a whole chapter to exercises that raise your vibration. One exercise is to start setting empowering intentions.
Setting an intention can be as simple as stating to yourself (silently or out loud) that you’re ready to reconnect to your presence. When you make this statement, you release the fear that blocks you from tuning in to the presence of your power. Releasing negativity is a powerful experience. 
This statement sends a message to the Universe that you’re willing to align your thoughts and energy with love. Whenever you notice yourself out of alignment, set the intention to come back home.
Think about the intentions you set throughout your day. Are you intending to…
  • Get things done fast?
  • Achieve and accomplish?
  • Avoid negative outcomes?
  • Just get through the day?
What would happen if instead you intended to feel good? 

HOW TO SET AN EMPOWERING NEW INTENTION

Identify the area of your life where you’ve been blocking the flow of love, and set a new intention. Maybe you’ll intend to have more fun or to appreciate what you do have rather than on what you think you lack. Gratitude plays a big role in how we feel. Start extending a new perception that’s backed with love.
Open your journal and write your new intention as a sentence in the present tense. For example, “I’m a strong and positive person.”
Now that you have a clear new intention, say it aloud throughout the day. When you wake up in the morning, set your intention with conviction. When you fall back into a fear cycle during the day, set your intention again.
As you stay committed to your positive intention you’ll raise your energetic vibration and begin to experience the energy of the Universe supporting you.

The effect of raising your vibration

Once you tap into this power and learn how to shift your energetic vibration, you’ll start to notice real change. People will want to be around you. They’ll feel elevated by your presence, possibly without even knowing why. You’ll be more vibrant, more attractive in all ways, even smarter and sharper.
You’ll feel the change, too! When you’re connected to your truth you feel energized, joyful, more inspired and more at ease. Raise your vibes and enjoy the results.
