Finding balance
So how can we improve our balance in daily life?
For starters I get a dam good night rest and start my day fresh ⛲ by having my coffee and water then I plan the mission to create my balanced lifestyle.
Do you have a morning ritual? Do you have time for yourself? If you don't then you need to create a routine for morning and night so you can feel balanced and calm. I like to meditate every morning it helps get through the daily with a calm balanced mind, unless you struggle with anxiety attacks a lot then breathing slowly and deeply is important to overcome your battle with anxiety.
The balance I look for is having a calm and confident mind, but I know it can be a challenge to feel balanced.
- Get a good night sleep every night and create a night routine.
- Get up early and have a morning routine rituals to stay grounded before the day starts.
- Meditate it helps stress levels
- Exercise in the morning even it just a walk
- Eat healthy food - I cleanse my liver daily it helps you not feel sluggish
- Drink less coffee slowly reduce it
I know some of us have hobbies and interests which is good but don't over do it like some people who go to a club none stop because they don't have a balance or a family to spend time with.
I recommend that you do create that balance between hobbies and home lifestyle. Same thing with work create that balance or you will burn out! It doesn't feel healthy to be burned out all the time even with my health I have to find a balance or I'd be at risk of having a seziure that would not be good. balance has a lot to do with the mind, body, and soul connection. To create more balance in your life, think about what you want your mind, body, and soul to feel like on a regular basis. Maybe you want your mind to feel calm, your body to feel energized, and your soul to feel fulfilled within. Tapping into what you want to FEEL like is a powerful way to get into more alignment with yourself and the universe.
DETOX THE NEGATIVE
We all have responsibilities and to-do lists that often take up priority over the things that bring us joy. In order to feel more balanced, we need to allow ourselves some dedicated time and space away from the things that drain our energy. Take a look at the things you do daily and try to delegate or remove anything that prevents you from feeling balanced. This means creating a new routine and habits.
DEVELOP SUPPORTIVE HABITS
The simplest way to add more balance into your life is to do small things daily that nourish your mind, body, and soul. Think about the types of activities and habits that make you feel positive and support you mentally, physically, and spiritually. For example, you could meditate, practice yoga, and journal every day for 10 minutes or even follow your favorite spiritual coach like Gabrielle Bernstein for example. The key is to do something daily to intentionally create more balance in your life. I like to read a blog that is going to help my mindset and live life to the fullest It's all about mindfully enjoying the journeyand keeping your awareness strong. If you remember this at times when balance starts to feel unattainable, it makes it easier to keep moving forward regardless of any setbacks.
