Mental health - self care  Having a positive mindset is mental self care. Taking care of our mindset is so important in today's world. Why I say that is because thousands of people are suffering from depression. How we deal with it is by changing how we view our situation we are currently in. However, we do say negative things to ourselves and your thoughts always negative all the time but you don't know how to change it? Well... I'm here to help you out with it.  1 . Do think unkind thoughts about yourself and others?  2 . Do you say things out loud when you frustrated?  3 . Does your behavior towards yourself show you that you are unhappy within yourself?  4 . Being mentally strong

Being mentally strong  A lot of us struggle to be mentally strong but it has to do with how we see the situation. When I constantly had bad things happen to me I did struggle with my mindset. I was in negativity a lot until one day I changed my mindset and saw things in different perspective set me free from negative feelings of anger and resentment. I asked myself how can I overcome these negative fears? I answered myself by writing in a journal and being present knowing that the truth was simply there. We all have some kind of struggle with things in life it makes or breaks us if we let it. so what's the choice? I faced my enemy in a court room and said it with courage and strength, that takes mental strength to do that. I want you to be mentally strong to cope with life no matter what it throws at you. Creating happiness within

When you want to find happiness really the only way to finding that happiness is by creating it. That's how I managed to find my way to feeling and acting happier as a person. Changing how we view life that means changing our mindsets about our lives and that is why I teach CBT cognitive behavioral therapy to reset your mind to be a happier and positive person within. Let's explore how we can achieve this happiness  Write 3 things you are grateful for: When you are grateful you feel good within and see the positives around you currently and there will be no room for negativity. Meditate for 10 minutes: meditation is good for the mind and body it relaxing as well. It reduces stress levels, try doing meditation twice a day. Kinder thoughts and self talk

Kindness towards ourselves begins with our thoughts. The thoughts we choose to think determine our self-talk, words, actions and personal experiences. Unkind thoughts and actions create tension, anxiety and disconnection, while kind thoughts grow the delicious feelings of peace, balance and connection we seek. Our inner voice says things either negative or positive which creates our response to that thought. So how do you talk to yourself? Are your thoughts and opinions about yourself negative or positive? When we speak positive towards ourselves we are less likely to judge ourselves because it all in your head and we need to get rid of that negative thoughts you have in that head of yours my friend,it not serving you any good. Thoughts are by nature ever changing, creative, and flexible. They are habit patterns open to transformation. Trust the universe

Trust the universe  We all go through changes in many ways and some of us struggle to deal with change. I've come across a situation I never thought would but... It did so here I am trying to get my shit together and confront it with courage. Do you have these experiences?  The best thing to do is trust the universe during this time I say a prayer Dear universe,  I am fully present in this moment. My soul remembers that getting comfortable with uncertainty is my sacred contract and I embrace the opportunity to experience the beautiful fullness of life so be it, so it is.  Journey  Follow the road to overcome the negative thoughts is the only way to change our mindsets. You either stay negative or start thinking positive thoughts about the situation you are facing, because when we do we are likely to overcome fear based thoughts and feeling's. Time management

I’ve found that planning my daily schedule ahead of time is the easiest way to be productive and still make time for the things I enjoy doing. There are so many ways to plan your day which can feel a little overwhelming, but I always get inspired when I learn about how others structure their daily schedules.  Good old google calendar and tasks has helped.  Time management is a challenge for some of us but here are my tips to improve your time management skills. Get up earlier than you normally do and have a morning routine. Time yourself so you don't run out of time. Put clothes out ready for the morning. Short your shower time even if it cold weather. Planning your days with a planner. But really it's important to get enough sleep so you can manage your time. Getting our sh*t together is what we need to do in order to improve our management skills.
