Mental health - self care Having a positive mindset is mental self care. Taking care of our mindset is so important in today's world. Why I say that is because thousands of people are suffering from depression. How we deal with it is by changing how we view our situation we are currently in. However, we do say negative things to ourselves and your thoughts always negative all the time but you don't know how to change it? Well... I'm here to help you out with it. 1 . Do think unkind thoughts about yourself and others? 2 . Do you say things out loud when you frustrated? 3 . Does your behavior towards yourself show you that you are unhappy within yourself? 4 . Do you call yourself an idiot? Negative self talk doesn't really help our thoughts in general.
